You will be a key member of our Delivery Team focused on designing and coding critical back-end system integration services and API's. As a strong and experienced developer you will be leaned upon to provide technical leadership with a focus on continuous improvement to our team, our approaches, and our customer solutions. Technical Delivery Manager
We are currently looking for good people who are also strong and experienced Delivery Managers.
You will be overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects (and services) to our valued customers leveraging our invaluable team while ensuring successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, and the realization of business goals with a focus on a long term relationships. This position will require excellent leadership, project management, and customer relationship management skills.
You will provide leadership, guidance, and support as a part of our project team, empowering everyone to set and achieve objectives while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. To facilitate this, you will also be required to heavily participate in company planning, resource allocations, and both setting and achieving key KPI's and targets.
In addition, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, expectations, and concerns. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers during project delivery, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations. Additionally, you will be critical in fostering long-term partnerships with customers and seek opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and future collaboration.
And finally, you will lead the efforts in defining the scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria of a project in collaboration with stakeholders, developing and executing comprehensive project plans, monitoring and tracking project progress, budget, and timeline, identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, and coordinating and communicating with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
