Experienced Integration Architect
We are currently looking for good people who are also Strong & Experienced Integration Architects.
Our Horton Team places heavy emphasis on Customer Satisfaction and providing them Value. As such, each member of the team works closely with each other to develop and deliver robust integration solutions to help ensure Customer success.
As an Integration Architect and a valued member of our Horton Delivery Team, you will be responsible for the design, architecture, and technical leadership of Azure Integration Services (AIS) and MuleSoft-based integration solutions with heavy collaboration with your fellow team members.
Key Capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead client sessions, present technical solutions, and translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities and build consensus across teams.
• Solution design and documentation:
o Creating technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and integration blueprints.
• Strong Software Design and Development Skills in C# and/or Java.
• Deep knowledge and proven/demonstrable experience designing and implementing Integration patterns and solutions including:
o REST/JSON API Best Practices, Design (Open API Specs) & Development
o Messaging patterns with Service Bus Topics, Queues, etc.
o Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) patterns and techniques.
o Event-driven architecture and microservices patterns.
• Strong Azure Integration Services (AIS) tool knowledge and experience with:
o Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Data Factory, etc.
• Strong MuleSoft platform experience including:
o AnyPoint Platform, API design, and CloudHub deployments
• Cloud deployment and DevOps experience:
o Deploying solutions to Azure and MuleSoft CloudHub environments
o CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
• Strong data analysis skills including analyzing source data structures, payloads, and creating comprehensive data mappings.
• Security best practices in integration design, including data privacy and compliance considerations.
• Designing solutions for performance, scalability, and high availability.
That said, more important to us are individuals who love solving problems collaboratively within teams, take responsibility/accountability for their work and commitments, are highly motivated to drive solutions to completion, pride themselves on bringing value to customers, and focused on continuously improving everything.
You will be a key member of our Integration Delivery Team focused on technically leading, architecting, designing, and coding critical back-end system integration services and API's for our highly valued Clients.
As an experienced Integration Architect, you will work closely with a Project Manager representing the two primary point people responsible for the successfully delivery of a project to our clients. You will be leaned upon to provide all aspects of technical leadership to both our team as well as the client including solution architecture, design principals/patterns, solution estimation, task breakdown & prioritization, implementation, solution quality/reviews, and deployments. As such, will also be critical in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, expectations, and concerns ensuring an optimal solution.
In addition, you will be needed to support the continuous improvement to our team, our approaches, and our customer solutions. This will be achieved through mentoring, peer reviews, contributing to guidelines and standards, creation of core components and templates, etc.
Salary Range - $120,000 - $160,000 Depending on Fit, Skills, and Experience
Experienced Azure Integration (AIS) and/or MuleSoft Developer
We are currently looking for good people who are also Strong & Experienced Integration Developers experienced in Microsoft Azure Integration Service (AIS) and/or MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform
Our Horton Team places heavy emphasis on Customer Satisfaction and providing them Value. As such, each member of the team works closely with each other to develop and deliver robust integration solutions to help ensure Customer success.
As a Data and Integration Developer and a valued member of our Horton Delivery Team, you will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and operations of Azure Integration Services (AIS) and/or MuleSoft-based integration solutions with heavy collaboration with your fellow team members.
Key Capabilities
• Strong Software Development Skills in C# and/or Java.
• Working knowledge of Integration patterns and solutions including:
o REST/JSON API Best Practices, Design (Open API Specs) & Development
o Messaging patterns with Service Bus Topics, Queues, etc.
o Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) patterns and techniques.
• Azure Integration Services (AIS) tool knowledge and experience with:

Salary Range - $100,000 - $140,000 Depending on Fit, Skills, and Experience
